The One Method to Reduce Stress in Your Crazy Life
Has your life spun out of control?? Too much to do and too little time to do it in.
There’s the job, the kids, the house, the bills….you get it all done
– until you are left resentful, exhausted, and depleted!
Here is one method that can give you the time and energy to enjoy your life again!
1. Write down everything you think you have to do today.
2. From that list, write down anything that can be done tomorrow.
3. Look at that list and write down those items or chores that you can enlist others in.
For this to work you must: Give up some control.
Realize that no one is going to do it quite like you.
In other words,
Delegate and let them do it.
Then enjoy a little bit of time to exhale for life is short!
