Reasons you may want to mental health coaching

  1. Trauma is the unique individual experience of an event or enduring conditions, in which: The individual’s ability to integrate his/her emotional experience is overwhelmed. It is subjective. For example, two children see a cat get run over. One is traumatized; the other isn’t.
  2. Relationship issues…without your tribe and love life can seem empty. If you are heartbroken angry, or unable to make decisions about helps to process endings, grief, divorce, children, and co-workers are a few of areas that may benefit from one on one sessions.
  3. Intrapersonal chaos within your own being about your self worth, addictions, dark inner thoughts, lack of continuity and confusion in what you do versus what you want to do. It is my goal to help you know your truth, find peace in your story and move forward letting go of what no longer serves you and replacing the negative with light.

Trauma though it does include incest, rapes, PTSD, isn’t a prerequisite to having a life negatively altered by harsh words or actions that cause the soul to be damaged, coping skills debilities, and the ability to maintain relationships and careers a hardship.

Sometimes you just need to figure out your life because your thoughts so negative you can’t get past them.
